Amsterdam A great and mostly crowded place is the city of Amsterdam. Landing is at the railway station and outside is a well know meeting palce. The wide street with all the smaller ones to both sides are filled with shops for clothing and accessoires. The main language is english, but you meet many german and dutch speaking people as well. It is easy to make contact here - like in real Amsterdam people are very open minded. If you have been to Amsterdam before you will find many similarities, since it is built very close to the real one. |

Barcelona Marketplace This is a wonderful replica of the real Barcelona in Spain, Europe: * The well know street "La Ramba", a wide alley leading from the center to haven. * The fountain "Font de Canaletes" - whoever drinks from there will loose her/his heart to Barcelona. * The statue of Christoph Columbus. * The beach of Barcelona - a great place to walk around. Many shops tempt to have a shopping tour and the cafe invites to have a rest thereafter or dance to spanish music. The main language is spanish, but english is of no problem. |

Beijing Forbidden City A great replica of the Forbidden City in Bejing - and it is free to visit. This is a project by the cultural ministry of China working closely together with IBM. The intention is to provide a showcase to bring this historical place into SL. The project is planned to be finished in 2008 - so come back and see the progress. |

Kasada - Fun & Shopping & live DJ Lovely built like an old German city with timbered houses. Visit the SL Bräuhaus - an old German beer brewery and pub. Many Bikers are there to meet and have a talk. A small pub with a pool table is a nice place to have fun. Various shops and dance areas are placed around the lovely city. One of the main meeting points for our German speaking community - but you ay hear all other languages too. |

Paris 1900 How to go to Paris - by metro! Just use the SLUrl provided and you will arrive at the metro station. Up the stairs and you are in the middle of the old town right at the place we took the picture at. Go back in time to the Paris around 1900. Old fashioned cars and advisors are to be seen as well as cafés. Shopping areas with luxury items surround the Moulin Rouge, a nice club to stay for a while. Dance, shop and walk around to the Eiffel Tower at the other side of this street. |

New Paris A very different view to Paris - it looks like some place outside of the center of Paris with a nice shopping area and small houses around the Eiffel tower. Visit the Eiffel tower and have a great time with your partner on one of the platforms. Go to the upper platform - a nice place for a romantic time including a glass of champagne. |

New Orleans The Big Easy was built here to conserve the view of New Orleans as it was before the hurricane "Katarina". New Orleans is a city to walk around and see many of the old houses that exist in the French quarter. And if you have ever been to the real New Orleans you will find many things you already know from there. |

Knightsbridge - London Knightsbrideg is a well know part of the real London. If you have ever been there in your real life - this one makes you wish to return. And don't forget to enter the underground station here - there is a nice dance room. |
